Q. What are your Delivery and Packaging Charges?
A. Provided goods are being delivered to a single recipient at a single delivery address within England, Scotland or Wales:
a) Orders with a value over £200 are delivered free of charge.
b) Orders between £30.00 and £199.99 will attract a handling and delivery charge of £5.00.
c) Orders with a value up to £29.99 will attract a handling and delivery charge of £10.00.
For deliveries outside of this of England, Scotland or Wales we will contact you with the delivery charge.
Q. When can I expect the delivery of my goods?
A. All orders placed will be despatched and delivered Monday to Friday.
We aim to deliver within 4 days of order (excluding weekends and bank holidays), with most orders delivered using a national courier company so that your items arrive safely just the way we packed them (where the order is small we may use local delivery options).
We will attempt to deliver the product twice, after which you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with the carrier for the delivery of the products. The carrier may attempt to contact you using the telephone number provided. If there is no one to accept the delivery of your order a message will be left by the carrier so you can arrange a delivery time, directly with the carrier. Ultimately, if the carrier is unable to deliver your order it will be returned to us and you will be charged for it to be re-despatched or in the event of a failed or cancelled order, charged the delivery cost only.

Data transmissions involving sensitive information including credit card details are sent under 128-bit encryption that utilises digital certificates to provide powerful security. All payments are handled by our trading partner VelocityPay.
Q. What is the minimum Best Before date I can expect?
A. We will endeavour to supply all items with a shelf life in excess of one month. Excluding promotionally priced items, all items sold will have a minimum shelf life of at least two weeks from the date of delivery. Excluding promotionally priced items, where we fail to meet the two week shelf life, we will offer a full refund for that particular product. Promotionally priced items may have a short shelf life, but this will normally be indicated on the site.
Q. What happens if an item is out of stock?
A. Whilst we endeavour to keep all items in stock, we may at times be out of stock. The delay in updating the website may mean that you have placed an order that we are currently out of stock of. In this instance we will try and offer you a substitute product or email you to let you know the product is unavailable. If you wish to cancel the order at this stage you should let us know via email. If we need to cancel the order due to the likelihood that the product may not be in stock for more than two weeks we will contact you to let you know.
