Jerk Sauce
INGREDIENTS :
• 4 tbsp ground allspice
• 1 tbsp dried thyme
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp ground red pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 crushed scotch bonnet pepper
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients and rub 1- 1½ tbsp of seasoning for each pound of meat
